Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care and beauty products cannot be returned.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at customercare@jardin-flamingo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
